Where do you ship? TOP

We ship to the United States and Canada at this time. 

When will my order ship? TOP

We try our best to ship out within 2 business days, sometimes sooner.  We know the importance of fast shipping.  We use USPS Priority shipping or First class for fast turn around times.  Most items will get to you within the week.

How much is shipping? TOP

We pride ourselves in our low shipping costs. We DO NOT believe in excessive shipping and "handling" charges.  In fact, we only charge for shipping.  Most outfits ship for around $2 each. Shipping is based on weight.  To see how much shipping is, just add the item to your cart.  You will be able to see the shipping before you pay.  Furniture is more simply due to the size and weight.  Furniture and doll trunks are shipped directly from the manufacturer within 24 hrs via UPS ground.

What is your return policy? TOP

We will gladly accept returns within 3 weeks of purchase.  All items must be in brand new unused condition.  Please contact us immediately with your request for a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error in your order, in which case we will refund shipping.

How do I request a return? TOP

Please email us at customerservice@britlynmadisondollclothes.com for a request for return. Please let us know why you are not satisfied, if you want a return or refund.  Once we receive your item and find it to be in unused condition, we will process your request.  We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied, after all we want you to come back.

I do not see what I want, can you get a special item for me? TOP

Please feel free to email us at customerservice@britlynmadisondollclothes.com with any suggestions or requests for a particular item.  We will contact you and let you know if we can get that special item for you.

What is included in my order? TOP

You will receive everything that is in that item's description.  Naturally, the dolls are not included. Hair accessories are not included, and are used for modeling purposes only.  Our American Girl Dolls are our personal dolls used as models only.  We are not affilliated with ®American Girl or ®Pleasant Company.

Your pictures are so cute, where did you get them? TOP

Our pictures are professionally taken and are for the sole use of modeling our products.  All images are copyrighted and your use or copying them is prohibited by law.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept ALL major credit and debit cards!  You do not have to have a Paypal account.  You will be given the option to pay with your credit card on the left of the Paypal checkout screen instead of using Paypal.  Sorry we do not accept checks or money orders.
